Admission Requirements
To qualify for this transformative programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a minimum of five (5) O’Level subjects at credit level in relevant subjects, including compulsory credits in English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
- You must hold either a Third Class or Pass Division degree, or an HND certificate from a recognized institution.
- Completion or exemption from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme is required.
Objectives of the Programme
The programme aims to:
- Facilitate the conversion from HND to University Degree certification.
- Enhance the quality of university degrees obtained at the Third Class and/or Pass division.
- Broaden opportunities for postgraduate studies and career advancement or change.
- Provide specific market-oriented skills and knowledge.
Duration and Structure
- Engineering and Agriculture: Six semesters spread over three academic sessions.
- Management Sciences, Science, and Social Sciences: Four semesters across two academic sessions.
Lectures are conveniently scheduled on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to accommodate working professionals and other commitments.
